Boxwood Wreath Materials:

Grapevine wreath or styrofoam wreath with hot glue gun

Boxwood sprigs (real) or Boxwood bush so you can cut length as you’d like

Burlap ribbon

Hand pruning shears

Scissors

Directions

1. Clip off random boxwood pieces using the shears. Ensure they are about 8-10 inches long. Some pieces can be made up of small branches while others may be strands. (If using a styrofoam wreath form you can hot glue small bundles of boxwood sprigs to your form like this video)

1. Beginning from the outer edge, insert each boxwood piece between the vines of the wreath. Make sure the clippings are fully inserted to avoid using floral wire or clippings.
2. Angle each boxwood piece as you insert it so it bends on the wreath. Follow this routine throughout.
3. Work on the outer edge first before moving to the inner circle. Only stop when your grapevine wreath is fully covered in boxwood pieces. If some grapevine is visible, cover it by adding clippings.
4. Use scissors to trim any pieces that look out of place.
5. Tie the ribbon or burlap to the upper part of the wreath.
6. Display your wreath.
